Price Match Policy:
OBM Distribution will do our best to meet or beat any authorized competitors' price (on the same product with proof of advertised price) at the time of ordering. Price match is only applicable to identical conditions of sale. The item must be in stock at other authorized dealers (not a floor sample, "open box" item, refurbished or demo piece). The price match policy is determined prior to placing an order. Please contact us for price match before placing an order. We will not adjust prices after order is shipped and delivered.
Shipping:
OBM Distribution use's UPS, Fed-Ex, OnTrac and other common carriers. These carriers will not ship to P.O. Box. Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. The shipping charge includes insurance for full value of products against loss or damage. Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of products and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving your order. Special order items orders may take longer. No orders will be processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or item is not being available, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute for another item, or cancel your order. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.
Cancel or Change Order:
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immediately. There is no fee for cancelled orders.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and Certified Checks in U.S. Currency. We accept personal checks but orders are normally shipped after checks are cleared in our account. You may wire transfer the funds from your account to our bank account. Credit Card Orders:
Orders placed by Credit Card Payment are carefully processed. We will verify Credit Card Holder's billing address and phone number with Card Issuing Bank to protect cardholders and payee against any unlawful credit card transaction over the internet. There will not be charges to your credit card for backordered items until product are shipped out.
Order Tracking:
Shipments with tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped during business hours of Monday thru Friday. You may also obtain tracking numbers by calling us, available after 24 hours of placing an order.
