Refund policy

All products sold by OBM Distribution offer limited manufacturer warranty, except special order items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days. Items returned should be new, unopened and fulfilled by OBM Distribution within 30 days of delivery for full refund or exchange. Please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply.

All products returned require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. You may simply notify us by phone, fax or e-mail to obtain the RMA#. Please note that RMA# does not guarantee final deposition. All returns are subject to inspection and will be evaluated by our technical team; any products returned to us unauthorized will not be accepted.

Once an RMA# is issued by OBM Distribution, clearly write it on the outside of the parcel, not on the product package. Shipping charges are not refundable and will not be covered by manufacturer’s warranty. All freight charges fee is paid to the shipping company, not to us. If parcel is shipped back to us freight prepaid, we will not accept COD or freight collect return. Process will be initiated only after receiving of returned products. Credit will be issued only after our warehouse receives, inspects and process the return. If product(s) are not received in our warehouse within 30 days, a credit memo will not be issued and your invoice must be paid in full. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SATISFY OUR CUSTOMER NEEDS.
